Orthopedic care for bones, joints & muscles.
Pain in your bones, joints or muscles shouldn’t run your life. CIH’s Orthopedic department treats everything from sports injuries to joint problems, with a focus on getting you back to moving the way you want to.
Understanding orthopedic care
Our orthopedic surgeons combine surgical precision with a rehabilitation-first mindset, because surgery is only half the recovery. We look at non-surgical options where appropriate and plan carefully when a procedure is needed.
The team includes surgeons, physiotherapists and post-operative care staff who work together from diagnosis through full recovery — not just the operating room. Outcomes are tracked so you can trust the experience behind every recommendation.

Common questions
What does a first Orthopedic visit involve?
We start with your history and a focused examination of the affected joints or limbs. If imaging is needed, we explain why. Findings and both non-surgical and surgical options are discussed in clear language.
Do you treat sports injuries and fractures?
Yes. We assess and manage fractures, dislocations, ligament and tendon injuries, sports-related problems, and accident or trauma injuries.
When should I seek urgent orthopedic care?
Severe pain after injury, obvious deformity, inability to bear weight, open wounds near a joint or bone, or sudden loss of movement should be assessed promptly. Call us or come to the hospital.
Can I share previous X-rays or reports on WhatsApp first?
Yes. You may share previous imaging or reports so the team can guide urgency and preparation. A proper assessment still requires a consultation.
Urgent warning signs
Severe pain after injury, deformity, inability to walk or use the limb, open fractures, or sudden major loss of movement needs same-day attention. Please call or come to the hospital.
