Physiotherapy to regain strength, mobility & confidence.
Recovering from surgery, injury or chronic pain takes more than rest — it takes the right rehabilitation plan. CIH’s Physiotherapy department helps you regain strength, mobility and confidence in your body again.
Understanding physiotherapy
Our physiotherapists build individualized treatment plans and adjust them as you progress, rather than following a fixed template. Care covers pain management, post-surgery and injury rehabilitation, and neurological physiotherapy.
We work closely with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists and other specialists so your rehab plan reflects your actual diagnosis. Progress is tracked session to session.

Common questions
What does a first physiotherapy session involve?
We start with a full mobility and strength assessment. Findings and a plan specific to your recovery goals are discussed before treatment begins.
Do you provide post-surgery rehabilitation?
Yes. Rehab timelines can be coordinated directly with your surgeon so recovery after surgery or fracture is planned and consistent.
Is physiotherapy useful for chronic pain and sports injuries?
Yes. We assess and manage back, neck, joint, shoulder and muscle pain, as well as sports and soft-tissue injuries, with plans adjusted as you improve.
Can I share previous reports or imaging on WhatsApp first?
Yes. You may share reports or imaging so the team can guide preparation. A proper assessment still requires a consultation.
When to seek physiotherapy
Ongoing pain limiting movement, recovery after surgery or fracture, sports injury, or neurological conditions affecting balance and strength should be assessed. Call us or message on WhatsApp.
